-Spacing of actors. Go through the scenes ahead of time and work it out.
-You should plan a time to practice the fight.
-Snickers or Milky Way?

  1. Snicker by a long shot, milky way just doesn't cut it.... i think we have time now to address the few lasting problem of blocking and spacing that are left in a few of the scenes... we have created the luxury of time for ourselves in that regard. I do think trying to run through the entire play one more time would be a good idea, and not stop to address the small things that we would usually give notes on to our actors. Great day today, austin seemed to like it, good sign.

  2. We are going to practice the fight tomorrow after school. And we really need to go through it because we always couldn't get all the people at one time. It was a good practice today. People were paying more attention and chat less during rehearsal which is a good sign. snickers.

  3. yea practicing after school tomorrow sounds excellente... after which i will all the powers permitting, record so...yea
Rehearsal looked good from the snippets i observed...but one little hiccup, dean told me he didn't have work and so he would be up for some test makeup and when i looked for him around 4 he had gone to work so i'm wondering what the official note on that was?
started on the last big costume..Gianna's cheerleader outfit!!!
also glued tim's heart onto him which was proceeded by him raving about my work with a glue gun...i thought it was funny
other than that people just need to bring in clothes because dress rehearsals are next week...
One last note: Yom Hashoa (???) was amazing and i learned a lot and i had a chance to talk to the survivor after and he was just the nicest man which made me really sad that people like him were dragged into that awefull spiral of events.

  4. Snickers all the way...is that even a question? Knowing Mr. D though, he probably picked Milky Ways just to be difficult. I'm still sick and getting worse. DAMN...I hope everything went well today and I'm going to the doctor tomorrow morning to see what they can do to fix me up.

  5. I don't know about you but I miss my MARS BARS back when I was a kid, so good. As for Practice, it went fairly well, but Amber seems to be a bit of a weak link in Physcologist if I am painfully honest. These problems need to be addressed soon. We may need to pull her aside and make sure she gets them down. I also think Collette could do with that. Apart from those minor things though it all seems to be coming together. Tomorrow I need to record the announcement with someone, but since my last scene is first I can do that and then take care of it. Also final filming is tomorrow after practice.

  6. I have to agree with Charles. Mars Bars are out of this world.

  7. def snickers. I think that today's rehearsals was the best that i've seen in at least a week. Its really coming together well. There are a few things that need to be ironed out, blocking to be one of them.

I think directors need to spread out in the audience. I did so yesterday and realized that from the top deck it is nearly impossible to see Don/Steph's faces with everyone in front and them sitting on the ground. Now hopefully things like that will resolve when the additional risers go in, but those things won't be noticed unless people actually sit elsewhere other than the very front row.

Charles I believe we (coleman or myself) already talked to you about this, but I thought we decided that you were going to make the announcement live, if i'm not mistaken.

  8. Yeah I do make it live for my office, but the announcement also comes on during the snack bar, that's what the recording is for. Coleman told me all this. We can finalize all this in class.

  9. We've got to get the announcement done. All technical things like sound cues and song recordings must be in place for Monday's dry tech.
    All props are beyond due.
    All program information is due.
Xander needs to take pictures of directors for the board.
    Austin is on ticket duty...

  10. Any definite word on the announcement?

I'd have to say Snickers - but in terms of candy, I'm not a huge fan of either one. My stance on Snickers vs. Milky Way is a lot like my stance on Sour Belts vs. Sour Straws: I'd rather not have either.
